Energy Shower Scrub
Two parts coffee grounds
One part pink Himalayan salt
One part granulated white sugar
One part olive oil
Optional: two drops of your favorite essential oil
Rub over body while taking a hot shower for a boost of energy. Use for getting through those long days and restoring yourself when things are rough.
