RELAXING LAVENDER BATH BLEND

A hot relaxing and aromatic bath can go a long way to lift depression and relax the mind, body and soul.
  • 1 part lavender
  • 1 part lemon balm
  • 1 part rose petals
  • 10 drops clary sage, geranium, or bergamot oil
Use a handful of dried herbs in a muslin bath bag. Add the essential oil(s) to bathwater.
