- Epson Salts
- Baking Soda
- Basil for Courage & Protection
- Eucalyptus for Healing & Repair
- Lemon for Cleansing
Mix the ingredients together, add to a warm bath. Visualize the salt dissolving away the dead skin from your body, and the negative memories being sloughed off with the old skin.
