Communication with the dead.
In my opinion, Ouija boards will not work. I have had no luck with them and for the sake of this lecture I will disregard them. It is important to note not all COMMUNICATION is a CONVERSATION. You can speak with the dead without getting or having to give a response. Certain spells will create “one sided” communication in which you ask for guidance and proceed to go about your day. That being said, There most certainly is “conversation.” This can be achieved through drea,s, introspection/deep meditation, rituals, etcetera. The dead are dead and have no voice. This is important to remember. You will not “hear” the dead. However, auditory hallucinations may occur if in a deep enough trance. For the most part, the necromancer will speak loudly, out into the black night or while staring deep within their scrying basins, and the answer will form as a thought, but one alien to you. You must not “think” it (it takes much discipline to control the mind to this degree_, but rather wait and feel in shock as a word or answer appears in your mind. DO NOT confuse this answer for a thought. This will not be yours, and you will feel this. Now there are other methods. Hosting is another way. It is important to have a recording device nearby while doing this. Through a method I will not describe here, the necromancer gives permission for a spirit to enter his or her body. The necromancer then enters to the gates through meditation and awakens. Two things may happen. You will have a string of foreign thoughts OR your mouth will open and you will shout a sentence aloud with absolutely no control over your mouth. Debunking some myths. We cannot hear the dead ( for the most part), only the truly skilled can put a voice to the dead and that is a work of the mind rather than an actual sound. We can “hear” them on a different level. We use not our ears or eyes, but rather our minds to see and hear what they say. We CANNOT see the dead in our waking state. Our eyes are simply not able to pick up on the presence of spirits. Any questions? People cannot die directly from necromancy, but it can cause health complications ( in earlier conversation). The best herbs known to necromantic arts are Mullein, sandle wood, cedar, yew, mugwort, just to name a few. If ghost is simply another word for spirit, then they are one and the same.
