Personally, I’m very attached to the trees around my house and over the last little while, this one tree’s health has been declining. It bears less fruit. It’s limbs are barren and twiggy. So I did what any sensible witch does. I made a spell to help heal it.
Note: If the tree is too far gone, this will not coax it back to life.
Best done on a waxing-full moon on a morning-midday.
What you need:
- Clear Quartz
- A piece of fruit (if it’s a fruiting tree, use it’s own fruit)
- Water (preferably rain water)
Optional:
- A trowel
- Chalk/egg shell powder
What to do:
- Take your fruit, water, and quartz and sit under the tree for a moment. Look up at the sky through the limbs and leaves, and say “As the sun so nourishes me, it will this tree.”
- Go ahead next and get out your lil digging utensil. Dig a small hole (about 4-6 inches deep).
- Next, put your fruit in your lil hole you dug there, saying “The fruits of (your/these) labors will replenish you.”
- Add your quartz with a quick “Accept this offering, as you have given me many.”
- Fill in the hole with dirt and pack it down pretty good.
- For your water, (if you only have a little, that’s fine) pour around the tree is a clockwise motion. If you only have a little, get a little on your fingers and flick it around the tree clockwise. “As the rain and earth nourish you, you will regain strength.”
- You can put a chalk circle or egg shell powder circle around it after the spell is done to retain MAXIMUM SPELLCASTING.
- Do this, minus the quartz, every waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, and full moon. For the waning moon, pick up limbs and debris around your tree.
