If you’re a young witch in the broom closet and want to keep a Book of Shadows, Grimoire, or the like, keep it in a flash drive. A flash drive is inconspicuous and things can be stored under unassuming names that are school related like English Final, or Power points. Another method would be to pass these things off as creative writing like some Harry Potter inspired YA work in progress. If you have your own laptop, you could put the folder in a really odd place that your average person would never think to look, like in the hard drive section of your computer.
Personally I have this app, and it’s free but for 2$ you can get a better version and its GREAT
It’s a journal
You set a password
It tells you if someone’s been trying to get in
With the extra it will record who
You can set it so if your parents come in, shaking the phone or facing it down Ect, it will change to another app (ei, OH NO PARENTS! /turns phone over/ “what are you looking at?” “Oh nothing just YouTube see?” And it will be there (you can choose the app it goes to)/
It’s v customizable especially with the pro version
You can type and add pictures (I find that useful for sigils and runes)
It’s called Secret Diary, it should be by someone named Nitisa? The company also offers a secret folder for your phone
