Sometimes, we must let our feelings come to the surface so that we may contemplate them. Only by exposing these feelings can we begin to recognize their legitimacy and begin healing. Learning to being soft and open is not a weakness. To look at the harshness of life and choose against all odds to still be soft hearted is the greatest strength of all.
