Bedtime Tea Milk
Intended to help calm the mind and promote sleep. Ingredients: Enough milk to fill
your mug (I used almond milk, but you can use any kind) 1 lavender and chamomile tea bag // calming, sleep Pinch of cinnamon // peace Honey, to taste // healing Directions: In
a pot on the
stove, heat the milk and tea bag until hot, but do not boil. The tea
should steep for
~4 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Stir in the cinnamon and honey,
counter-clockwise to release any built up anxiety/energy. Pour into your
favorite mug and get cozy!
