Confidence In Speaking Spell Jar

A spell jar for people who are shy like me, to help you say what you want to say and have better conversations. :)

Ingredients:

• Small Jar (there are these cool ones you can put on necklaces. They have them at arts and crafts stores in the jewelry section.)
• Tiger Eye (for communication and confidence)
• Agate (for confidence)
• Dried Basil (for confidence)
• A small drawing of a megaphone
• Sweet pea (confidence)
• Salt (for purification)
• Glue or wax

Gather all the ingredients, ground yourself, and charge and purify them however you’d like to.
Place them in the jar while stating your intent repeatedly “I wish to have confidence in speaking”.

Seal the jar with the glue or wax. (I just used Elmer’s glue, since I have a pet bird and can’t burn any candles because the smoke is bad for her.) You can play an encouraging song like “Brave” by Sara Bareilles , or “Roar” by Katy Perry” while you do this. Focus on your intent.

You’re done! You can carry this in your pocket or wear it as a necklace to help remind yourself to be brave and say what you want without worrying too much about what other people think, just remember not to say anything mean and you’ll be alright.  :)
