Ingredients:- a dark blue bag for peace
- a silver or blue ribbon

salt for purification
- dried vervain for peace
- dried chamomile for strong sleep
- dried sage for cleansing your mind
- lavender for calm
- pepper powder against nightmares
- Optional: a chalcedony for peaceful sleep
Waning or New Moon
Method:
Tak the time to sit, lit candles if you wish and focus on your intent (chasing the nightmares away). While putting the ingredients in your bag, focus on your needs for each of them: having a calm and restful sleep. Say it out loud if it helps. Close the bag, repeat your will one more time.
Let the bag charge under the New Moon for a night before putting it under your pillow.
