Resources a new witch needs

Notebook: Get a bunch of cheap ones and never stop writing
Binder: When something brilliant happens in your notebook, store it in here. Faithfully record the spells and rituals you do, and their results. DO NOT waste time and ink printing out a bunch of online resources that tell you what to believe.
Bookmark folder on your toolbar:Obsessively save links about stuff that interests you. Test it out for yourself and then add it to the binder.
Plastic baggies, jars, and clippers:Keep these with you or in your car. Collect specimens that interest you and gather what you need from nature.
Nature field manual: Identify them specimens.
A schedule and plan: Look objectively at your life and figure out how you are going to fit practice in to your schedule.
Focus most on resources that show you how to create for yourself (how to write your own spells, how to connect with nature, how to build your own altar). Focus moderately onresources that inspire your creativity and explain how/why things work. Focus the least onresources that give you instructions to follow by rote.
