Spell for sleep

  • Light a white candle and put it on a safe surface. Edit: the candle can have a ring of mullein sprinkled around it, or anointed by it’s oil to prevent nightmares
  • Close your eyes and concentrate on the light of the candle that comes through.
  • Let all your tension, stress (or what ever is keeping you awake) be absorbed by the light
  • Blow out the candle and allow the negative energy to dissipate into the universe
  • Thank the spirit of the fire for it’s help
