The piece of jewelry you will want for this spell is preferably one you or the intended wear often. It should be your favorite to wear. If you don’t often wear jewelry you can substitute with something else you might have on you daily.
Make sure the jewelry is clean. Set yourself up with your candle lit and have a bowl ready for catching the salt and cinnamon. Taking the jewelry in hand, sprinkle salt over it, reciting: I cleanse you of past negatives. I cleanse away the fears. A fresh slate for you and for me.
