Into a paper coffee filter place at least 3 of the following:
mint, basil, cinnamon, clove, thyme, bay, fennel, garlic, onion, peppers, mustard seed
Tie the bundle off with either purple or black embroidery floss; knot it nine times. Now would be a good time to ask Feferi to help you in this work, and ensure that you are washed clean in body and spirit. Anoint the bundle with an appropriate oil, one that you associate with cleansing or with Feferi (perhaps both!)
Light an ocean-y incense, or some appropriately scented candles for the Heiress. You could even get some of her songs playing, or simply some ambient ocean sounds.
Get the water running, plop in your magic bath sachet, then enjoy your soak. It’s important to cleanse on a regular basis, and a bath tub is the ideal place to accomplish this on a physical and spiritual/magical level.
